The BottleJET DualSpin Pro is endowed with amazing print productivity and quality for simultaneous printing of 2 tapered/cylindrical objects. The DualSpin Pro has two loading stations allowing for loading of one station while the other is printing. Print one, two, three, or four different designs in one job!

The BottleJet DualSpin Pro. Designed to slot in between the BottleJet inkjet bottle printer and the XD-360 in both price and production capability, the BottleJet DualSpin Pro features 2 x 2 printing capability, meaning that one side can print while the other is loaded for continuous printing of parts. The BottleJet DualSpinPro accommodates both tapered and flat-walled cylindrical objects up to 330 mm in length, with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 120 mm. With up to 6 ink channels, the BottleJet DualSpin Pro can produce subtle gradients and halftones with seamless 360-degree printing. The automatic print head protection system prevents accidental exposure of the print heads to UV light, and the programmable maintenance schedule allows automatic purging, wiping, and capping of print heads. True variable data capabilities mean that you can combine variable alphanumeric data on each part with static branding graphics on all parts. This makes the BottleJet DualSpin Pro the ideal decorating solution for the drinkware and ad-specialty industries—imagine a different name on each piece, with standard graphics on all parts to provide each participant with an individualized keepsake from an event. And at a speed and price-point that can’t be beat; to print a 600 x 900 dpi image that is 229 mm x 170 mm with W + CMYK + V on four parts takes about 38 seconds in production mode.

  • In industrial inkjet printing, there are two basic kinds of printheads: Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) heads and Drop-on-Demand (DOD) heads.  At Engineered Printing Solutions, we specialize in DOD industrial inkjet printers.  What is the difference between the two technologies, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each?  This post will explore these questions.  But first, a quick explanation of the two differing technologies.
  • Good color matching can best be achieved through the use of color profiling software. This software allows for the creation of color profiles which capture the bias imposed by the substrate color and porosity, print resolution, as well as ink set limitations on printable color gamut.
