KP07 is an electropneumatic pad printing machine 1 to 4 colors for printing in horizontal at 90°.

This orientation, that overturns the traditional concept of pad printing, which occurs vertically, is aimed to meet the needs of automated lines allowing the printing of the logo on the product in production, without changing the position of the workpiece and without adding additional steps to workflow.

The machine operates with hermetic inkcups and ceramic rings up to 160 mm diameter and clichés of 180×360 mm. It is able to work at very high cycles and has a steel structure that ensures stability and precision of movements. It can be equipped with automatic and programmable pads cleaning device.

The control panel, capable of managing all the operations of the machine, is positioned on the rear side.

Inputs and outputs are fitted for easy connection to existing lines and automation.

The KP07 is ideal for horizontal in-line printing of parts that need to stand vertically.
Can also be modified to print from below onto the bottom of parts being conveyed over the printer.
Two KP07s can be configured to print on opposite sides of bottle or other items simultaneously.
The machine is equipped with a digital programmable microprocessor, capable of executing multiple operations and performing all the production functions.
Flexible control panel positioning based on manufacturing requirements.
The KP07 is available as a 1 color to 4 color printer.
The standard KP07 is built to accept 60mm, 90mm, 130mm or 160mm sealed cups with minimal modifications.

  • In industrial inkjet printing, there are two basic kinds of printheads: Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) heads and Drop-on-Demand (DOD) heads.  At Engineered Printing Solutions, we specialize in DOD industrial inkjet printers.  What is the difference between the two technologies, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each?  This post will explore these questions.  But first, a quick explanation of the two differing technologies.
  • Good color matching can best be achieved through the use of color profiling software. This software allows for the creation of color profiles which capture the bias imposed by the substrate color and porosity, print resolution, as well as ink set limitations on printable color gamut.
